During this PoHis seminar, Piotr Kuligowski from the Tadeusz Manteuffel Institite of History in Warsaw, will present his ongoing research. Piotr will join PoHis during the months of April and May 2024 for a research stay. The title of his talk is “The Concepts of Sovereignty and Representation in Belgian and Polish Parliamentary Discourses, 1815-48”.
