  • Congratulations to Maarten Roggeman for winning the best poster at ICNTS2023. Together with the indoor dust team, they screened contaminants of emerging concern using ion-mobility. Find the poster here!
  • Previous weekend, the little children present at Nerdland Festival discovered the wastewater system together with our PhD-students Maarten Quireyns, Natan Van Wichelen and Tim Boogaerts. In our pop-up lab, they were able to perform experiments on their own wastewater samples together with their parents. Thank you Nerdland and Uantwerpen - Wetenschap voor iedereen for providing us with the opportunity to present our wastewater-based epidemiology research! Watch the positive reactions from the children and parents here.
