Researcher at Fundação João Pinheiro (Brazil) and coordinator of the State, Gender and Diversity Research Group (EGEDI). Holds a PhD and an MSc in Political Science (UFMG-BR) and a Professional Master's in Public Administration (University of Strasbourg/ENA, France). Research: women in positions of power, gender-based political violence, and gender-responsive public policy evaluation. Teaching: Public Administration, Gender Budgeting, and Workplace Diversity. At the University of Antwerp, she also researched anti-feminism.
