Abstract

Many administrative authorities exercise jurisdictional as well as adminstrative functions. The juridical character of those acts is not always very clear. Though the distinction between jurisdictional and administrative acts remains very important. Research is done into the characteristics of jurisdictional acts. The Belgium non-judicial legal protection system will be examined thoroughly and will be compared with that of other countries.
