Towards a new regulatory oversight for the housing corporations
Abstract
This project evaluates the framework for regulatort oversight in the Flemish social housing sector. Based on interviews with stakeholders, we will assess whether the system of oversight and performance assessment is effective. We will also analyse whether the system needs to be adapted to broader reforms in the public housing sector.Researcher(s)
