Expertise
My methodological expertise includes computational modelling, statistical analysis, and machine learning applied to health data. I develop and implement agent-based models, behavioural models, and predictive algorithms to study health behaviours and intervention outcomes. I am experienced in analysing multimodal datasets, including wearable sensor data and cohort data, using programming languages such as Python and R. My work involves data preprocessing, feature extraction, time-series analysis, and the development of reproducible data pipelines. I also design and conduct experimental and observational studies, including randomised controlled trials (RCTs), to evaluate digital health interventions. Additionally, I develop mobile health applications (e.g. using Flutter and Firebase) as research tools for real-world validation. My recent work includes applying machine learning and large language models (LLMs) for personalisation and decision support in digital health contexts.
