Business historian and digital humanist. My research interests touch the functionning of the firm as a historically evolving entity to channel economic activity. I have written on inter-firm collaboration and institutional solutions for financing and information problems of firms. My data sources consist of quantitative corporate finance data captured from printed sources. This digitization process and the design of work-flows to build structured research databases from historic sources is my current focus.
