Nathalie Dens is professor of Marketing. She teaches Marketing management and Consumer Behaviour. Her research focuses on different types of (marketing) communications, both online and offline.  She supervises several research projects on persuasive communications, communication about co-creation, advertising in social networking sites and online reviews.
