About Rafael Berkvens

Raf Berkvens is an Assistant Professor at IDLab-imec, Department of Electronic, Information and Communication Technology, Faculty of Applied Engineering, University of Antwerp. He obtained both his Master's and PhD degrees at the same department. His research focuses on perception through ambient wireless communication, integrated sensing and communication, and intelligent transportation systems. He chairs the subject group of communication, teaches basic networking courses, and coordinates part of the Master's Project. He is also a member of IEEE Communication Society.
