Expertise
I am a philosopher and researcher at the University of Antwerp. I obtained the degree of Doctor in Philosophy in 2026 with a dissertation on sexual harassment in (Flemish) academia. My first book, Over de schreef: Macht en grenzen aan de universiteit (loosely translated as Crossing the line: Power and boundaries at the university) was published in Dutch in 2025 by Letterwerk. My doctoral research has allowed me to develop an expertise on transgressive behavior that is widely applicable both in academic and cultural organizations and in corporate organizational structures.
