Research Manager for Sustainability for BIOWAVE and EMIB
Abstract
This proposal aims to appoint a research manager (50%) for the BIOWAVE and EMIB research groups, which operate at the intersection of innovation, technology, and societal impact. The position is intended to further structure, strengthen, and sustainably embed their research activities. The research manager will be responsible for initiating and coordinating joint and complementary research projects, with a strong focus on interdisciplinarity, valorization, and the acquisition of national and international funding. In addition, the research manager will integrate sustainability across all stages of project development and implementation, addressing both environmental and societal dimensions. In doing so, the role will contribute to a forward-looking and impact-driven research strategy for both groups.Researcher(s)

Analysis of the CO2-Performance Ladder system in Belgium
Abstract
The client wishes to gain an understanding of the impact of the CO2 Performance Ladder in Belgium on contractors. On the one hand, the CO2 reductions resulting from the system are estimated. On the other hand, the financial implications of the system for certified contractors are also assessed. The study comprises a written survey and an oral interview (online) to collect the data, followed by a statistical analysis of the respondent group.Researcher(s)
