Rules and Regulations

When studying at the University of Antwerp, the Education and Examination Regulations (OER) apply to all students. As a student of our Faculty, you are also subject to the Faculty of Law Education Codex, which incorporates the OER and provides additional faculty-specific rules and practical guidance.

The Codex is structured in four sections (Study Trajectory, Master Project, Student Researchers, and Student Mobility) and includes guidance on, among other topics, enrolment procedures, exemptions, study programme registration, special facilities, examination rules, study progress monitoring, fraud and plagiarism, and appeals. The Faculty attaches great importance to academic integrity, so students are strongly advised to review the rules on fraud and plagiarism carefully.
