Registration fee

PARACAT - Early Stage Researchers: no registration fee
Master Students, PhD students and postdocs module 1 and 2 (day 1-day 5): 225 €

Master Students, PhD students and postdocs module 1: 25 €

Master Students, PhD students and postdocs only module 2 (day 2-day 5): 200 €

Fee info

The fee includes lectures, coffee breaks, sandwiches during lunch (on course days), farewell reception and several social activities.

The fee does not include accommodation, travel arrangements, breakfast/dinner (on course days), breakfast/lunch/dinner (during the weekend).

Online through this link. Students will be notified about the results of selection within 15 working days after the deadline.

Cancellation policy

If the participant cancels more than 4 weeks before the start of the Summer School,  50 % of the  registration fee can be reimbursed to the participant. If the participant cancels within 4 weeks before the start of the Summer School, € 100 of the registration fee will be refunded. All refunds are made in euros. The organisation cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges. 

Participants are strongly encouraged to get cancellation insurance for their travel and accomodation costs. The PARACAT Summer School organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents, damage or loss and will not refund any travel or accomodation costs in the unlikely event of cancellation.
