Jan Wynen is a professor of strategy and organization. His research lies at the intersection of public management and organizational behavior and focuses on how employees and managers respond to organizational pressure, change, and uncertainty. He examines in particular how organizational structures, reforms, and contextual signals influence employees’ well-being, motivation, behavior, and innovative engagement. He publishes extensively and integrates his research into teaching and executive education on strategy and organizational development.
