About Tom Vos

Tom Vos is a part-time visiting professor at the Jean-Pierre Blumberg Chair at the University of Antwerp. He conducts research on “short-termism in European corporate governance” as part of a project funded by the Research Foundation—Flanders (FWO). In addition, Tom is an assistant professor at Maastricht University, where he teaches and conducts research in the field of corporate law and corporate governance. Finally, Tom is an attorney at Linklaters in Brussels, where he advises clients on corporate and securities law.
