About Irene Landini

Irene works as an MSCA-YUFE4Postdoc at the Faculty of Social Sciences. Her research is situated at the intersection of academic and applied research. She currently works on two main strands of research: (1) policies and practices of inclusion and exclusion of migrants and cultural and linguistic minorities from welfare services and formal educational contexts in European countries, from a comparative perspective; and (2) intersectional racial and gender inequalities, with a particular focus on policies and practices aimed at countering workplace harassment. She has published in several international peer-reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy and the British Journal of Politics and International Relations. She obtained her PhD in Politics from Luiss Guido Carli University.
