Pitch.D

20 and 21 March 2024

On 20 and 21 March 2024, the Faculty of Arts is organising an event on presentation techniques for all PhD students: the Pitch.D.

This event is not a competition, and participation is entirely without obligation.

Participating researchers will present their research project to a broad (non-academic) audience, with a pitch of max. 5 minutes (3 slides), in Dutch (20/03) or English (21/03).

Feedback will be given by a jury of experts in science communication, representing the cultural sector in the broad sense of the word.

This event is certainly not only for researchers who aspire to an academic career, but for everyone who wants to improve their presentation skills.

Location: Promotiezaal Klooster van de Grauwzusters, Lange Sint-Annastraat 7, Antwerp
