Once your file is approved, you will be automatically enrolled at UAntwerp.

A few weeks before classes start, you'll get an email with your student account info and login details. Keep an eye on your email and spam folder because you'll need these details to use the electronic tools at our university, like SisA, the student portal, your personal UAntwerp mailboxWi-Fi,…

SisA: an essential tool

Once you have access to the SisA, you must register for all approved courses listed on your learning agreement. Afterward, you will be able to consult your timetable.

Have a look at your personal information. Make sure that your name all other relevant information is correct. These details will be used for all official documentation, such as your student card, your transcript of records, exam results, etc.

Have a look at the SisA manual in case of technical difficulties.

Passport picture

This is not a picture of your passport!

It is the identification photograph printed on official documents.

If you uploaded an incorrect photo format in Mobility Online, you will receive a notification in SisA. Ensure that you promptly upload a photo that meets all the requirements

During the orientation day, you will receive the student card. Make sure to have your photo uploaded correctly at least a week beforehand. Without a correct photo, you will not receive a student card.

The importance of your student card

With your student card you can do the following:

  • Participation in exams
  • Access to classrooms, bicycle storage
  • Use of scanning and copying facilities
  • Discounts as a student in various museums, activities

Once all your information has been entered correctly, you will also be able to find a digital student card in SisA, available to you at any time.

IMPORTANT: For access to classrooms and participation in exams, you need the physical card!
