How to book a hotel (please follow the steps in the right order)
- Go to the online booking tool
- First enter your code UAACB19 (in capital letters) and click on ‘Search’
- Then enter the arrival and departure dates and click on ‘Search’
- You’ll see an overview of all available hotels and their Best Available Rate -10%, at that moment, including any cancellation conditions
- Choose a hotel and book your room

Cancellation policy
Untill 20 days before the start of the event, participation can be cancelled without valid reasons. Afterwards, reimbursement can only take place with a valid reason (10% admin costs will be held back).

De Winkelhaak is conveniently situated within walking distance of Antwerp Central Station and all public transportation. Additionally, there is a parking lot opposite the building, and you can reserve spaces at a discounted rate using the link provided.

By train
Antwerp Central Station: a 5-minute walk.
Walk across Koningin Astridplein (square at north exit of station) in the direction of the Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerpen, then turn right. You are now in Carnotstraat. The first street on your left is Lange Winkelhaakstraat.
By bus or tram
Franklin Rooseveltplaats: 10 min. walking distance
Bus/tram stops Carnotstraat or Astridplein: 5 min. walking distance
By car
- From Ghent (E17 / E34), Brussels (E19 or A12) or Hasselt / Turnhout (E313 or E34) > follow Singel Noord
- From the Netherlands (E19 or A12) > follow Singel Zuid
On the Singel ring road you drive into town via Turnhoutsepoort. Follow direction Central Station/Zoo. You are now in Turnhoutsestraat/Carnotstraat. Lange Winkelhaakstraat is a side street, but only one-way. You drive by it and turn into the next street along, this is Van Schoonhovestraat, then you turn into the first street on the right (Schaafstraat), which terminates in Lange Winkelhaakstraat. Opposite our building you will see the public parking garage ZOO.
In case you drive up from the Leien or Quellinstraat: Via Rooseveltplaats you drive past Gemeentestraat to Central Station/Astridplein. Past the Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerp, turn left (Van Schoonhovestraat), then you take the first street on the right (Schaafstraat), which terminates in Lange Winkelhaakstraat. Opposite our building you will see the public parking garage ZOO.
