Participants can register for the event using the following registration form.

A maximum of 40 participants will be allowed to ensure the quality of the event.

Registration fees

Researchers can enrol in the event for 185 euro.

Professionals can enrol in the event for 325 euro.

Registration fees also include sandwich lunches, coffee breaks and a final drink with the experts. Fees are exempt from VAT.

Deadlines

The early-bird offer ends on 14/04/2024.

Extended registration will close on 30/05/2024.

Early bird

Those who register before 14/04/2024 will receive a discount of 20%: 166.5 euro for researchers and 292.5 euro for professionals! This discount is only applicable for those that attend both the round-table discussion and the masterclass.

Payment methods

Participants can either make an immediate online payment when registering, or pay by invoice at a later time. 

In case you would like to pay by invoice, please register through the link below. Afterwards, contact Caroline Bové via email (caroline.bove@uantwerpen.be) and provide her your order form (‘bestelbon’) for the event, or your details: BTW-number, address, name of the enrolled person, e-mail address for the invoice and the appropriate ticket price. You will receive an invoice. Upon reception of the payment, your registration is complete.

A proof of payment can be delivered to participants after the event, on request. 

Cancellation policy

Until 20 days before the start of the event, participation can be cancelled without valid reasons. Afterwards, reimbursement can only take place with a valid reason (10% admin costs will be held back).

Certificate of attendance

Participants of the masterclass will receive a certificate of attendance, attesting to their introductory knowledge and skills of mid-rise timber architecture.
