Grand.C: Connecting grandparents with their grandchildren through cultural heritage and interactive product-service system

Design inclusive research realized in Ivo Dewit's PhD research. Beyond the Temporality of Nodes: Digitally and Physically Connecting Generations Through Product Service System Design, a Case Study - Grand.C

Research questions.

How can we reconnect grandparents with their grandchildren?

How can we allow grandchildren to snoop in the past of their grandparents and cultural heritage in general?

How can we design an authentic user experience, free play and verbal tradition?

Does a specific PSS design methodology enhance value creation

beyond the product?

Can the design digitally and physically connecting generations?

Impact.
