Joint Projects
We are particularly interested in projects where the major valorization outcome is expected to come from acceleration of materials development by replacing lengthy and costly empirical studies with mathematical models and computational simulations based on advanced experimental characterization.
We are looking forward to performing industrially-oriented strategic basic research on the national level within the FWO(SBO)- and SIM-channels and within collaborative projects of framework programs at the European level.
Fee-for-Service contracts
The unique infrastructure and expertise of the NANOcenter consortium is available for industrial partners on the national and international level.
By accepting your order we will suggest you to conclude a Service Agreement between the University of Antwerp and your company.
The Service Agreement template covering most of the financial, confidentiality and liability aspects is available by request.
Customisations are possible, subject to final approval by the UA legal service.
Upon completing the investigation, we deliver a comprehensive report summarizing all findings and experimental conditions and providing representative experimental results, along with their primary interpretation.
Upon request, the report can be accompanied by the raw data.
