The Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Minas Gerais hosted the 7th General Conference of the Law and Development Research Network in Belo Horizonte, from 15 to 18 July 2025. As one of the co-founders of the Network, the Law and Development Research Group was strongly represented at the conference. Ysaline Reid's paper on 'The EUDR and the ongoing transformation of the Brazilian regulatory, policy and GVC framework' was awarded with the Koen De Feyter Prize as best junior scholar paper in English.
