About Aster Van Mieghem

Aster Van Mieghem is an associate professor at the Antwerp School of Education (ASoE). Within the Educational Master’s programmes, she teaches subject didactics in the social field, the course Learning and Motivation, and coordinates Supervision. Her research focuses on the professional development and support of teachers and teacher teams, with a particular emphasis on inclusive education. Her work includes academic publications as well as practice-oriented contributions such as lectures and articles for a broad audience.
