Bram Verbinnen is the Research Valorisation Manager for the Exact and Applied Sciences. He is responsible for facilitating and intensifying cooperation between industrial partners and the research groups within his field. This can range from supporting researchers with finding the right protection and valorisation strategy for their findings, finding new industrial partners or investors for further valorisation of a finding, guiding negotiations towards a cooperation or license agreement,… and all of this is close collaboration with the experts of the valorisation team.
Bram Verbinnen is a chemical engineer and obtained his PhD in the field of environmental technology. He was previously working as an academic researcher for 10 years, always with a strong focus on cooperation with the industry.
