Cedric Jenart is an Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Law, LL.M (Harvard Law School as Fulbright Boas and BAEF scholar), Master and Bachelor of Law (University of Antwerp and Free University of Berlin on exchange, summa cum laude). He previously worked as a magistrate (auditeur) at the Belgian Council of State, ranking first at the competitive exam. Cedric Jenart was simultaneously active as visiting lecturer (gastprofessor) in public law. He also interned at the Belgian Constitutional Court and, having been admitted to the NY Bar, various international law firms.
