My research focuses on care organisation for people with chronic conditions, with specific attention to primary care and health inequities. I study how integrated care models—such as GP-nurse collaboration or local practice coaching—can be effectively implemented. I use a combination of routine data, surveys and qualitative interviews. In projects like SCUBY and JACARDI, I collaborate with healthcare providers and policymakers to systematically improve chronic care delivery. Through practice-oriented and context-sensitive research, I aim to strengthen primary care towards more accessible, proactive and team-based care.
