Dr. Sofie Jacobs' expertise lies in HRM research. Specifically, she is currently doing research on the sustainability of atypical career paths (f.ex. freelancers, project workers), with a special focus on the creative industries. Furthermore, she is specialized in Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA).
