The International Student Housing Office supports international students before, during and after their stay in Antwerp. To ensure we can help you in the best possible way, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our housing experts. They can also assist by email or via a video call when appropriate.
How to make an appointment
There are different ways to set up a meeting. Just pick the one that suits you best!
- Contact the Student Information Point
Call or send an email to the Student Information Point and indicate that you would like an appointment with the International Student Housing Officers. They will help you arrange a meeting.

- Set up an appointment through the online booking tool on the student portal
Students who already have an account with University of Antwerp can book an appointment directly through the online booking tool in the student portal. The International Student Housing Office is available for appointments on both Stadscampus and Campus Drie Eiken.
