Society is facing challenges of unprecedented scale and complexity. This calls for lawyers to take on leadership and fulfill their role in society. This Winter Programme guides you on a personal leadership journey. Our goal is to introduce talented law students and legal professionals to leadership development, and enable them to reflect on their own role as (future) leaders. To this end, participants will be immersed in (self-)knowledge about cognitive biases, personality traits and personal values, how these individual differences influence working in the legal context (e.g., communication and collaboration), as well as how to use their abilities in a personal leadership journey. The courses focus on personality, communication, and cognitive skills such as creativity and decision-making, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion in legal industry. In addition, you will be able to network and meet with leaders of the legal industry.
