Waar zijn al die brave kindjes? Komen jullie naar het grote sinterklaasfeest?
Beste ouders, grootouders en natuurlijk brave kinderen,
We hebben fantastisch nieuws!
Sinterklaas heeft net gemeld dat hij alles in gereedheid brengt om samen met zijn hulppieten een schitterend feest te organiseren.
Zoals elk jaar voorzien we veel workshops, spelletjes, een drankje, een hapje, een frietje en natuurlijk voor de kindjes een mooi geschenk.
Het feest gaat door op de Stadscampus, in de hall, de sporthal en de Agora. Meer details ontvangen jullie een week voor het feest.
Op zaterdag 28 november en zondag 29 november zetten we onze deuren open vanaf 13u30 tot 17u00.
Bij inschrijving kan je het tijdsblok kiezen dat het beste past voor jou.
Zo hoef je niet in een lange rij aan te schuiven, kom je als er iets minder volk is…. En als je toch even moet aanschuiven, kan je samen met Piano Piet je zangtalenten laten horen. Want ja, ook mama’s en papa’s mogen meezingen!
TIP: Kom zeker niet té laat, want de Sint verlaat zijn troon rond 16:30 en doet dan nog een ronde langs alle brave kindertjes.
Verschillende fotografen zullen leuke foto's maken bij Sinterklaas of bij de spelletjes. Heb je dit liever niet, geef onze fotograaf dan een seintje.
Vergeet je niet tijdig in te schrijven. Na de inschrijving ontvang je ALTIJD een bevestiging. Kijk deze goed na of alle informatie correct is (volgorde van) naam en voornaam, leeftijd/geboortedatum.
Vergeet niet in de opmerkingen mee te geven of je kindje allergisch is.
We verzoeken je na deze bevestiging ook direct het verschuldigde bedrag te betalen. Dat maakt het voor ons makkelijker.
Vraag zeker op tijd aan je collega's of ze zich al ingeschreven hebben (nieuwsbrief gemist, enkele maanden weg van de Universiteit...) want we sluiten écht af na 17 oktober.
Where are all those good little children? Are you coming to the big Sinterklaas party?
Dear parents, grandparents, and of course well-behaved children,
We have fantastic news! Sinterklaas has just announced that he is getting everything ready to organize a wonderful celebration together with his helpers.
As every year, we have plenty of workshops, games, a drink, a snack, some fries, and of course a nice gift for the children.
When you sign up, you can choose the time slot that suits you best. That way, you don’t have to stand in a long line, and you come when there are fewer people....
And if you do have to wait a bit, you can show off your singing skills with Piano Piet. Because yes, moms and dads can sing along too!
TIP: Definitely don’t come too late, because Santa leaves his throne around 4:30 PM and then does one last round to visit all the good little kids.
The party will take place at the City Campus, in the hall, the sports hall, and the Agora.
You will receive more details about a weeks before the event.
On Saturday, November 28th and Sunday, November 29th, we will open our doors from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Several of our photographers will be present to take pictures with Sinterklaas or during all the games. Should you not want to be on a picture, then notify the photographer.
Don't forget to register in time! After registering, you will ALWAYS receive a confirmation. Make sure to check it carefully to see if all the information is correct (order of) name and first name, age/date of birth.
Don't forget to mention in the comments if your child has any allergies.
We also ask that you pay the amount due right after receiving this confirmation. That makes things easier for us.
Be sure to ask your colleagues in time if they have already registered (missed the newsletter, been away from the University for a few months...) because we will really close registrations after October 17.
