ICT problems?

Course selection
- Bachelor Students preferably select bachelor courses. If not possible, some master courses are allowed.
- English Taught Courses: Be mindful of the prerequisites for certain courses.
- Faculty of Social Sciences
- All Faculties (max 2 courses from other faculties). If your Learning Agreement has been signed by us, approval from other faculties is already in place.
- Class Schedule: scroll through the weeks.
Time Conflicts
If you have a time conflict, there are two options:
- Contact the lecturers of both courses, explaining your situation. They can provide information regarding recorded classes or additional study materials. This way you are able to take multiple overlapping courses.
- Switch courses until mid-October (1st semester) or end-February (2nd semester). After these dates, your SisA-programme is locked. Please contact the coordinator of your home university for approval before changing courses in SisA.
First Exam Session
- Do not register! Our education administration will provide a personal exam schedule (in SisA schedule) for all exchange students.
- Dates publication exam schedules and provisional exam schedules for Bachelor programmes (subject to change). For any last-minute changes, we always refer to your SisA schedule. Check your schedule regularly! It is always important to keep the entire exam period in mind when planning return.
- In case of overlapping exams, the administration will provide a solution. Students cannot make suggestions.
- All exams will be held on campus.

- Guidelines Second Examination Session. Mandatory registration required! It is not possible to take exams outside our official exam periods. Official grades via TOR can only be provided around mid-September.
Course Checking and Final Approval
- 1st Semester Students: From the second half of May through June.
- 2nd Semester Students: From mid-November through December.
Course Changes in SisA
- Deadline: 15 October (1st semester) or 28 February (2nd semester). If you want to change courses, first email exchange.fsw@uantwerpen.be (do not create Changes to the (D)LA yet); and contact the coordinator of your home university.
- Submitting Changes to the (D)LA: Starts 1 November (1st semester) or 1 March (2nd semester). The courses in your programme must match the courses on your LA and the Changes to the LA.
Exam results
- Dates of Exam Results: Results will gradually be added in SisA before the deliberation.
- Transcript of Records: After the deliberation (final publication date), grades are official. Transcripts will be uploaded to Mobility Online during the week after deliberations. If your home university requires a hard copy or a direct mail, please do contact us.
Certificate of Attendance/Departure
Provided by your home university. Fill in what you can and email it to exchange.fsw@uantwerpen.be. After checking and completing the form, we will sign it and email it back to you.
