Can I pay in cash at the secretary's office?

It is not possible to pay in cash at the secretary’s office. We only accept card payments (Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, MasterCard, Visa).

Can I pay for my language course online?

It is possible to pay online after you have filled in the registration form on our website.

Can I pay the enrolment fee in instalments?

The entire registration fee has to be paid as soon as possible. We can only guarantee your place in the group after we received the payment.

Is my payment valid?

Linguapolis only issues a standard confirmation of payment if you pay online.If you are using another payment method and if you have doubts concerning your payment, please contact us by sending an email to We will check your payment and send you a reply.

When you register online for a course, you will receive - together with the confirmation email - a payment email with practical information about your chosen payment method.
Did you not receive the payment email?
Please check if you can find the mail in your junk mail folder (spam).
If you have not received the payment email, please contact the secretariat at We will check if your email address is correct and send you the payment email again.

How long will it take for my money to be refunded?

It will take about two weeks for your money to be refunded.  The transaction is carried out by the University of Antwerp’s Finance Department.

I have paid, but I haven't received any confirmation of payment. Why?

Linguapolis only issues a standard confirmation of payment if you pay online.

If you are using another payment method, you will not be contacted after we receive your payment. If we do not receive your payment, Linguapolis will contact you.
