In her session titled "Startup Financials," Nathalie De Schepper will share her knowledge and experiences within the YUFE Incubation program with students, researchers, and staff   who are eager to grasp the fundamentals of financial management for startups.
Throughout the online course, Nathalie will elucidate the crucial disparity between vanity metrics, often perceived as appealing to investors, and business model metrics, which truly reflect a company's potential.

Subsequently, she will explore various alternative financing methods with participants, including sweat equity, subsidies, vendor loans, crowdfunding, business angels, investors, and venture capital.
Nathalie will not only present the framework but also enrich the discussion with illustrative case studies. There will be also enough time for Q&A of the participants.

You are invited to share any questions that you would have related to the startup financials to  nathalie@seymore.be.
