Students – This category includes everyone who is registered as a student at the University of Antwerp and does not have an employment contract through the HR Department (exchange students, degree students, VRS and PhD).
Please note that PhD students receiving a doctoral scholarship agreement are also considered students for immigration purposes.
Staff – This category includes everyone who has an employment contract, postdoctoral scholarship agreement, or appointment letter issued through the HR Department.
