Project management, dissemination and valorization
Tasks:
Task 5.1: Scientific coordination: [a] Organise, chair and motivate a project management committee (PMC). The PMC discusses issues informally by e-mail and phone (conference calls) and has four formal meetings per year (more if needed). This agenda comprises all issues regarding the working plan, milestones, deliverables, reviewing, finalizing interim results, etc. [b] Organize 4 live workshop-style scientific meetings when organizing live partner meetings with all research members to stimulate collaboration and knowledge transfer between individual researchers. [c] The lead researchers are overall responsible for their work packages delivering their inputs into the project. They deliver progress updates to the coordinator at every PMC meeting and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all agreed tasks, deliverables and milestones within their respective WPs; [d] The task leaders set clear work plans for their activities, with time-bound landmarks and deliverables, in agreement with the timeline as set out in the overall planning of the project. Work plans (and any updates) are communicated to the WP leaders. [e] Streamline internal communication by means of a common sharepoint-server. [f] state-of-the-art project management software will be used to track progress, organise interrelated tasks and create user-specific ‘to do’ lists.
Task 5.2: Valorization and dissemination: [a] Organise annual meetings of the broader feedback and stakeholder group to establish a “community of practice” [b] Organise the final RECHARGE scientific symposium. [c] Coordinate external communication activities of the project.
Task 5.3: Reporting and quality control: [a] Coordination of project reporting [b] Coordination of reports and publications to stakeholders (format, task distribution, reviewing). [c] Development and follow-up of the publication strategy for peer-reviewed papers in international scientific journals, including dissemination through a special issue in an A1-journal. [d] Reviewing project outputs in accordance with the PMC.
Task 5.4: Data management plan and IP: A DMP will be elaborated at the start of the project.
Task 5.5 Administration and finances: Both the project lead and partner PI’s will be supported by their respective administrations for the careful managing of the administrative and financial aspects of the project.
