WP5 supports the overall coordination, communication, and management of the RECHARGE project. It ensures that activities across all work packages remain aligned, that progress is monitored effectively, and that collaboration between partners is maintained throughout the project.
This work package provides the organisational framework for scientific coordination, including regular exchanges between partners, internal planning, and quality control of project outputs. It also supports efficient data management, reporting, and the administrative and financial follow-up needed for smooth project implementation.
In addition, WP5 leads the project’s dissemination and valorization activities, including communication with stakeholders, external outreach, and the sharing of scientific results. By strengthening both internal coordination and external visibility, WP5 helps maximise the impact, quality, and long-term relevance of RECHARGE.
