Conceptually, the aim of education is to train for four roles:

• Master in Nursing and Midwifery: clinical leader
• Master in Nursing and Midwifery: researcher
• Master in Nursing and Midwifery: evidence-based expert
• Master in Nursing and Midwifery: academic healthcare provider
