The paper 'Blurred lines: Exploring the impact of change complexity on role clarity in the public sector", co-authored by Jan Wynen and Stéphanie Verlinden from the department of Management, has been accepted for publication and will soon feature in the ROPPA journal. It offers new insights into the side effects of ongoing organizational change, and its detrimental impact on employee role clarity.

This paper presents interesting findings on the prevalence of turnover intentions and presenteeism as employee coping mechanisms for dealing with diverse organizational changes. It was recently accepted for publication and will soon feature in the PPMR journal.
