Freya De Keyzer started as a academic assistant at the Marketing department of the Faculty of Business and Economics in 2013. Amongst other activities as an assistant, she teaches classes for the market research courses.  Her research focuses on social media marketing. More specifically, she tries to uncover the processing mechanisms and the impact on consumer responses of this new type of marketing.
