CORE WELFARE INDICATOR QUESTIONNAIRE (CWIQ)
CWIQ currently constitutes one of the largest socio-economic household survey databases on Tanzania. Between 2003-2009 roughly 20,000 households in 35 different districts were interviewed to obtain district level statistical snapshots. For 9 districts repeat surveys have been organised to track changes over time.
Data collection and report writing (in Swahili and English) was done by EDI. All data and reports are on the EDI website (click on the CWIQ tab).
