Teaching staff & material

The teaching staff consists of academics from the University of Antwerp, other universities, scientific institutions, the EU commission, governmental organisations, and companies.

Course materials span from basic definitions to practice and latest developments, from local problems to global solutions, and vice versa. Theories are illustrated and case studies refer to real world solutions.

The interactions and discussions among students, as well as between students and lecturers, constitute a valuable and indispensable aspect of the learning experience we aim to provide within this postgraduate. Additionally, the network formed among students adds significant value to the more formal aspects of the program. We view students' presence on campus as mutually beneficial, yet we also recognize the need for flexibility, particularly for those balancing work and study commitments. Therefore, a basic livestream option (audio only, no camera, no interaction) for remote participation will be set up, and, if permitted by the lecturer, recordings of the livestream will also be available.

Each course module will be assessed by a multiple choice exam.
