Scholarships

The Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development (IMDO) does not offer full scholarships for this programme, however it does provide a tuition fee reduction in some cases.

Tuition fee reduction

A tuition fee reduction can be offered to a maximum of two students with an excellent study record from low or lower-middle income countries (see recent world bank classification). To apply for this fee reduction, send a detailed motivation letter to jessica.bots@uantwerpen.be after your application for admission to the programme has been approved.

Non-programme related scholarships

The full list of additional funding opportunities both with UAntwerp participation and external scholarships can be found on the university website. One to remember when making arrangements for your master dissertation is the Elisabeth & Amélie Fund – King Baudouin Foundation for master students from developing countries conducting a water-related master thesis linked to an internship/project in a developing country (Global South).
