Doing a PhD-degree at the Department of Computer Science of the Faculty of Science is strongly intertwined with the research activities of the department. Candidates are expected to build up a broad general and very extensive specific knowledge in the chosen knowledge domain during and after their PhD. Performing research independently is another requirement.
