- Buildings B and D remain inaccessible until further notice.
- We hope to reoccupy Building C by the start of the academic year.
- The Sports Hall in Building E will be accessible again from the beginning of September. The STIP and Agora Caffee are accessible again through the glass doors at the corner of Kauwenberg/Vekestraat.
- Building A, which includes the University Library, and Building V are accessible from Venusstraat. The only room accessible from Prinsstraat 13 is the student administration office of the Faculty of Business and Economics on the ground floor of Building A. Other rooms are inaccessible from Prinsstraat 13.

- Buildings A, B, C, D, E (except STIP) will remain closed until August 21.
The library (A) is accessible and will be open during summer open hours. Entrance via Venusstraat 25.
STIP (E) will be accessible on the Stadscampus starting Tuesday, July 12. Entrance via Vekestraat. You can reach STIP by phone and chat. At Campus Drie Eiken, STIP is also open.
The Agora Caffee in Building E is closed for their annual vacation.

Buildings A, B, C and D will remain closed for security reasons until August 21. This afternoon we will send students and staff an update on how to pick up personal belongings safely. It is currently forbidden to enter these buildings.
The library in Building A is open during summer open hours.

- The Stadscampus library is open on Thursday during opening hours but only accessible from Venusstraat 23.
- Building V is open on Thursday but only accessible from Venusstraat 23.
- Buildings B and D are closed due to water damage.
- It is not yet possible to pick up bicycles or cars in the parking lot below Building D.
- The bicycle parking lot behind Building B is closed.
- Buildings C (only accessible via Venusstraat), A: accessible for picking up personal belongings but not for work.
- Building E: accessible for picking up personal belongings but not for work.
The STudent Information Point (STIP) will be available by phone and chat on Thursday, July 7 and Friday, July 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. At Campus Drie Eiken, the STIP will also be physically accessible within these hours.
Consultation with Social Services without appointment will continue on Thursday, July 7 and Friday, July 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. at Campus Drie Eiken. Social Services can also be reached by phone from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Agora Caffee will remain closed on Thursday 7 July 2022.

The fire is evolving favorably. The fire is not yet out but the smoke will gradually decrease. Tonight the extinguishing will continue as long as necessary and during the night the fire department will stand guard. Tomorrow the firefighters will continue extinguishing the fire but this may cause further smoke and odor nuisance or even local traffic problems. Take your precautions in time.

A fire broke out near the roof of building B in the Stadscampus, Prinsstraat (large courtyard). The buildings are currently being evacuated. Please follow the guidelines of the fire department.
The evacuated buildings and parking lots are inaccessible and may not be entered. People who cannot get home will gather at the Meerminne (building M).
