For didactic reasons the Korean language courses are aimed at native speakers of Dutch. If Dutch is not your native language, you should have a very good level of Dutch (CEFR B1) to be able to take the course.
The instruction language of this course can be English. A very good knowledge of English (CEFR B1) is a condition to participate.
