After the previous cambio system, komida will switch to the Vytal exchange system in 2024.
Just like with cambio in the past, we now want to drastically reduce the share of disposable packaging with Vytal.
Where you previously paid a one-off fee for the use of our cambio pots, the Vytal system is completely free, as long as you return the reusables within 14 days.

We use Vytal's reusable packaging for salads, take away soup & hot meals.
If you return the pots too late despite the reminders, you will be charged a fee of 10 euros.

Then download the app and create an account.

1. To borrow a pot: Open the app and scan the QR code of your Vytal reusable 'at the cash register'. Show the confirmation screen to our colleague at the cash register.
2. To return a jar: Scan the return QR code on the Vytal collection barrell, followed by the QR code on the packaging.
3. After confirmation in your app, deposit the closed reusable in the Vytal collection barrell.

Your account is linked to a bank account number. You will only be charged if you do not return the pots on time.
If you do not have a bank account number, you can purchase a card at the cash register for 10 euros with which you can borrow a maximum of 2 pots at a time. Please note: this 10 euros is not refundable afterwards.
