Start your engines for the Go-Kart Race 2026!
On Thursday 2 April 2026, Middelheim Campus will be transformed into a banging race track! Student associations, staff teams and teams of friends get into colourfully decorated go-karts - brought straight from the sea - to compete against each other in an exciting and festive competition.
Expect spectacle, speed and atmosphere: from fiery cheerleaders shouting their team to the finish line to surprising prizes for the fastest karts and the most creative designs.
All students from the faculties of Science, Applied Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and Veterinary Sciences and Medicine and Health Sciences have the afternoon off, so you have no excuse not to attend.
Come support, enjoy tasty snacks and drinks at the associations' stands, and experience an afternoon full of adrenaline, ambiance and student fun.
