Prof. dr. Edwin Wouters

​Edwin Wouters is a professor of medical sociology at the Centre for Demography, Family, and Health. He, along with colleagues from GOKVI, leads Work Package 9 on patient journeys.

​Prof. dr. Josefien van Olmen

​Josefien van Olmen is a professor of general practice at FAMPOP. She, along with colleagues from the Diabetes Liga, is responsible for various tasks within Work Package 8 on screening and for the pilot research on HALT2Diabetes.

Prof. dr. Peter Van Bogaert

​Peter Van Bogaert is a professor of nursing at CRIC. He is involved in the pilot project concerning integrated care organization in general practices. Additionally, he serves as the supervisor in the doctoral program of Laurent Desmet.

Prof. dr. Eva Goossens

​Eva Goossens is a professor of nursing at CRIC. She is involved in the pilot project concerning integrated care organization in general practices. She also serves as a supervisor in the doctoral program of Laurent Desmet.

dr. Jorik Vergauwen

​Jorik Vergauwen is a sociologist and a researcher at the Centre for Demography, Family, and Health. He co-leads the tasks within Work Package 8 and the pilot research on HALT2Diabetes.

Dr. Katrien Danhieux

​Katrien Danhieux is a general practitioner and a researcher at FAMPOP. She coordinates JACARDI within the University of Antwerp, co-leads Work Package 9, and is involved in the pilot project concerning integrated care organization in general practices. She also serves as a supervisor in the doctoral program of Laurent Desmet.

​Laurent Desmet

​Laurent Desmet is a registered nurse and is a researcher at CRIC. He is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a pilot study on integrated care organization in general practices. He will document the results of this research in a doctoral thesis.

Monika Martens

​Monika Martens is a researcher at FAMPOP. She focuses on the process evaluation within Work Package 9 of JACARDI.

dr. Fanny Monnet

​Fanny Monnet is a researcher at the Centre for Demography, Family, and Health. She co-leads the tasks within Work Package 9 and is involved in the pilot research on HALT2Diabetes.
