On June 11, 2025, the third edition of the UAntwerp Postdoc Day took place at Hof van Liere. This inspiring afternoon was organised by RIVA and the HR Department, bringing postdoctoral researchers together around the central theme: ‘Impact’.
How could postdocs make a difference within academia and beyond? Through a mix of plenary talks, parallel sessions, and pitches, various ways were explored to enhance research impact, career development, and professional growth. In addition, several initiatives for postdocs were pitched and presented, offering valuable insights into opportunities that can support their postdoctoral journey.
